The Denver Distillery is the First Distillery allowed in a Main Street Zoned District in Colorado while being Colorado’s first Whiskey Pub
The design shows real-time viewing of the spiritous products’ fermentation, distillation and bottling, in a stunningly finished atmosphere of Recycled, Reclaimed and Re-purposed elements.
The interior design echoes the age of the Imperial Building (1893) with extensive woodwork detailing combined with the industrial ethos of an old time Distillery.
